  1. Share & connect

    First-time setup

    Open WorkBuddy, Codex or Claude Code. Share the downloaded instructions and name your website. For WorkBuddy, open the WorkBuddy section for illustrated Chinese setup. Your agent uses the approved connection details and checks your website access.

    In the app: Attach the downloaded .md file to your message, then paste the starter message above.

    In a local terminal session: Give the agent the full path to the downloaded .md file and ask it to read and follow it. Then send the starter message above. Write this in the agent conversation, not at the shell prompt.

    If prompted, complete your organization’s sign-in yourself. Never paste passwords or sign-in codes into chat.

  2. Describe your change

    In your own words

    Share the page link and say exactly what should change. Add the final text, image or document if needed. English or Chinese both work.

  3. Open the preview

    Not live yet

    Your agent sends a preview link to the changed page. Check the text, images and links. Ask for corrections in the same conversation.

    Ask for a one-click link to the exact page. If the connection cannot provide one, your agent should explain the limitation before asking you to approve.

  4. Approve & publish

    Only with your approval

    After reviewing this exact preview, say “Publish it” in the same chat. The agent publishes, checks the live page and sends you its link. No extra publisher confirmation window is required; without your approval, it does not publish.

开始前：你需要 IT 已开通的 WorkBuddy 企业账号，以及对应网站的编辑权限。两项权限分别开通；下载指南不会自动获得权限。已经登录 WorkBuddy？直接从第 3 步开始。

  1. 安装公司使用的 WorkBuddy

    从公司确认的中国版下载页面安装：打开 WorkBuddy 下载页。根据电脑选择 Mac 或 Windows。

    还没有企业使用授权，请先联系 IT（Jie Xu）。不要仅凭界面是中文还是英文判断版本。

  2. 用公司账号登录

    打开客户端，点击登录 → 企业 → 授权登录。在浏览器选择 SSO，再选择企业域名登录，输入：

    insilicomedicine

    不要加 @ 或邮箱后缀。阅读并同意所显示的协议后，继续前往企业登录页面，按提示完成 Microsoft 公司账号登录。使用 IT 为你开通授权的邮箱，然后返回 WorkBuddy。

    这是登录 WorkBuddy。第 4 步还可能需要单独登录网站编辑工具。

  3. 上传指南，发送第一条消息

    点击新建任务，保留日常办公。下载上面的中文 MD，在输入框点击＋ → 添加文件 → 本地文件，选择 website-agent-guide-zh.md。

    发送第一条消息前，请先选择本指南推荐的设置：Sol 6（insilico-gpt-6-sol），推理强度选择 High（高）。连接 MCP、修改网页和生成预览时，都使用这组设置。如果找不到该模型或 High 选项，请先联系 IT 确认，不要自行换用其他模型。设置完成后，复制下方消息，粘贴并发送。

    请完整阅读附件中的指南，帮我连接公司的网站编辑工具 website-publisher。如果已经连接，请直接复用。请检查我能访问哪些网站，并用中文告诉我结果。现在不要修改网站、创建预览或发布。需要我登录或点击确认时，请一次只告诉我下一步。

  4. 按提示确认连接并登录

    让 WorkBuddy 先检查已有连接。如果提示信任 website-publisher，核对名称和下面的地址后，点击信任（Trust）。随后按实际提示打开浏览器，完成网站编辑工具的公司登录与授权。

    完成后回到同一个对话，回复“已完成登录，请继续检查”。如果没有出现登录提示且工具能正常使用，就不需要重复登录。

    没有连接？展开手动添加步骤

    打开专家·技能·连接器 → 连接器 → 自定义连接器 → 添加 MCP。

    在配置编辑器中加入下方内容，然后点击保存。如果已经有其他配置，不要整段覆盖；把本指南交给 WorkBuddy，让它保留原设置，只添加 website-publisher。已有同名连接就直接复用。

  5. 看到可用网站，就连接成功了

    WorkBuddy 应用中文列出你能访问的网站和对应权限。你可能看到 insilico.com、pharma.ai 或 agingpharma.org，以你的实际权限为准。

    如果缺少你要编辑的网站，请联系网站管理员，为你的公司账号开通该网站权限，不需要重新安装 WorkBuddy。

    仅出现绿色状态点还不够；以 WorkBuddy 成功查询到的网站列表为准。

  6. 说出修改，打开预览

    继续在同一个对话说明需求，附上页面链接和最终文案、图片或文档。将方括号替换为你的内容：

    请按照附件指南编辑[页面链接]：将[原文字]改为[新文字]，其他内容保持不变。请先给我一键打开修改后页面的预览链接，等我确认后再发布。

    打开预览检查结果。普通 HTML 页面的一键预览已支持上述三个网站，查看预览不需要额外登录。此时正式网站还没有改变。

    预览链接可以发给参与审核的同事；持有链接的人可以查看草稿，请不要公开转发。

  7. 确认这个预览，再发布

    确认文字、图片和链接都正确后，在同一个对话发送：

    我确认刚才这个预览，请发布，并检查正式网页是否已更新。

    WorkBuddy 应返回正式网页链接和检查结果。想继续调整，就先说明要改什么，检查新预览后再确认发布。

403 / 暂无客户端使用授权

如果在登录 WorkBuddy 时出现，联系 IT 核对中国企业版、使用的公司邮箱和许可证是否已开通。向 IT 提供错误截图和发生步骤，不要发送密码或验证码。

浏览器白屏，或登录窗口没有出现

从 WorkBuddy 中重新发起本次登录。不要把旧的回调链接反复复制到其他浏览器。把当前现象告诉 WorkBuddy；需要 IT 协助时，提供错误截图和网址的域名，不要发送完整登录回调链接。

连接已保存，但查不到网站

请 WorkBuddy 检查 website-publisher 的实际连接状态。如果还需授权，完成提示的登录；如果已有网站列表但缺少某个网站，联系网站管理员开通权限。不要重复添加同名连接。

预览要求先激活，或无法打开

预览打不开，或需要分两步打开。请重新获取当前预览，使用服务返回的 directPreviewUrl，给我一条直接打开修改后页面的有效链接。不要重新创建修改，也不要发布。

需要安装 ZIP 技能吗？

WorkBuddy 先使用中文 MD 附件即可。本页 ZIP 技能的安装说明适用于 Codex 和 Claude Code；WorkBuddy 的 ZIP 安装尚未验证。上传 MD 不会自动安装连接器，也不会授予网站权限。

更新：2026 年 9 月 28 日 · 截图基于 WorkBuddy 5.6.2 macOS 中文界面，企业登录图来自公司安装指南。已验证现有连接的访问检查与预览；全新账号首次配置和 WorkBuddy 发布验证尚未完成。其他版本的按钮位置可能不同。

What is MCP, and how do I connect?

MCP is the connection that lets your agent use Insilico’s website-editing tools. The downloaded guide contains the approved website-publisher name, address and clean-machine setup.

If the connection is missing, your agent gives you or runs the exact setup command for local Codex or Claude Code. After first-time setup in Claude Code, fully quit Claude (⌘Q on Mac; closing the window is not enough), reopen it, and return to the same Code conversation. You do not need to create a new chat or attach the guide again. Enter /mcp there and confirm website-publisher appears before clicking Connect.

How do I replace images?

Attach the same guide and describe the image change. Your agent reuses working file transfer in Codex or Claude Code and sets up an alternative only when needed. You do not need a second instruction file.

If Publisher Files is needed, your agent prepares the supported setup and only the images you supplied. You complete any required permission prompt and corporate sign-in. The approved Claude Code restart and same-conversation flow stays the same.

Companion setup currently covers local Claude Code on macOS or Linux with Node.js 20+. An existing programmatic Codex transfer does not need this companion. If a file or capability is unavailable, the agent explains the one missing action.

The preview doesn’t open. What now?

Tell your agent: “The preview doesn’t open. Please check it and send a working direct link to the changed page.” Don’t approve a page you haven’t reviewed. You can share the preview link with colleagues and managers involved in the review. Anyone with the link can view the draft, so avoid posting it publicly.

Which websites can I edit?

One website-publisher connection can provide several approved Insilico websites. Your corporate identity determines which ones appear and whether you can edit or publish them. A public website link alone does not grant access.
